(CNN) — Long-range screamers, mazy solo conducts and magnificent acrobatic strikes, this years Puskas Award has all of it.
The prize is given by FIFA to the goal of this year and this years candidates incorporate previous winner Zlatan Ibrahimovic, well-known Lionel Messi and some lesser known names such as Billie Simpson of both Northern Ireland Premiership side Cliftonville Ladies.
Simpson is expecting to become the first female winner of this award — named after legendary celebrity Ferenc Pusk??s — along with Cameroons Ajara Nchout and Amy Rodriguez of the Utah Royals.

The prize was first awarded in 2009 and ever since that time, stars like James Rodriguez, Neymar and last years victor Mohamed Salah have gone on to win.
The public votes to the top 10, before a winner is chosen by a FIFA panel from the three.
Previous winners, almost entirely unheard of prior to following wins and their nominations, include Faiz Subri along with Wendell Lira.
Without a club and trying hard to feed his family, Lira said his lifestyle changed. He moved on to register up for Vila Nova but knee injuries forced him retire at age 27 and he moved on to become YouTuber and a participant.
Public voting for your 2019 award closes on September 1.
