No matter your thoughts on how the final period of”Game of Thrones” has performed, chances are that you are going to be sad to see it finish — and perhaps a little angry at the way in which it arrived at that ending. ‘Game of Thrones’ baby titles are soaring in popularity
It’s been a crazy ride for the greater part of a decade, and these characters and stories have been able to seep into our everyday lives in ways we never could’ve seen coming. Hell, I even convinced my parents to start watching”Thrones” until the beginning of Season 7 and they don’t watch anything. In fact, I get made fun of for trying to convince them to watch”Lord of the Rings” — they were stabbed before Frodo even left the Shire. Now, not only did they watch it all the way through until last year, however they rewatched it again before the current season, and I receive weekly calls from my father, who usually calls me to bitch about Philly sports, to chat about what the hell happened from the most recent episode.
That will all be over on Sunday night, after what is anticipated to be a wild sprint to the finish with several key personalities meeting their maker in the process. Who, and how, nevertheless remains to be seen, but everybody has their own notions, including bookmakers.
